The questions I get asked most is, how do I stay healthy & fit ?  I’m told that my skin is glowing and that my body is in top notch shape.  I would like to help you out a bit.  Here are some references I look back to, in my home library.  I switch things up in the recipes to suit my needs and taste buds but, listen very closely to what they want you to take in at that time.  I study different styles of eating and training.  I am hard core !  I have friends, family and people around the gym that won’t go near me with a ten foot pole to train with me but, then again I have those that want to dive into my world and be pushed to the edge !    I love a good challenge,  I like to educate others while training and laughing.  I get alot  of referrals through my clients or by people watching me train.  I was a former competitor as a figure, bikini & model; I was a tap, ballet & jazz dancer as a kid; martial artist.  I played sports all my life in school and outside of it.  I enjoy being active !  I love to experiment in the kitchen, I find it relaxing an much cheaper then always going out all the time.  Plus, I can regulate my food ingredients and control my portions.  I always try to think ahead what Im going to eat for the day or if  i’m out of town.  Preparing your meals ahead is Huge !  I also think about what is around me to shop for food and what is around me to do my workouts.  My client/friends and I are doing Tough Mudder, which is going to such a great cause.  It is a crazy obstacle course, you should spectate it or get involved !  Check it out.
